Promoting Health Naturally

The Challenge
Why is there an alarming decline in physical vigour in our world today with all the advancement in technology and improved Medical Science? Diseases that were thought of as a thing of the past are back to plague us. The Advancement in the field of Medicine and medical technology should afford us longevity, optimum health and vitality, but sadly, statistics show that the contrary is the case. Yes, we are living longer but our longevity is fraught with aches and pain resulting from a long period of abuse of our bodies and hence a depletion of vital force.
Decline in Vitality
The radical decline in vitality demands the attention of all who have at heart the well-being of their fellow men. Our media all over the world seems to suggest that our world is on the verge of a disease crisis. Scientist are warning of a possible bird flu outbreak that could claim millions of lives. This threat is real. The rise in lifestyle diseases (Obesity, Diabetes, Stress, High cholesterol, High Blood Pressure, Chronic Constipation, Cancers etc) is escalating year on year. Our medical institutions are near bankruptcy due to the high cost burden of supporting, managing and the maintenance of Chronic and lifestyle diseases. We believe that it is time to educate people in the simple natural ways to prevent, maintain and improve health and well-being
"The only hope of better things is in the education of the people in right principles. Pure air, sunlight, abstemiousness (self control), rest, exercise, proper diet, the use of water, trust in divine power--these are the true remedies. Every person should have a knowledge of nature's remedial agencies and how to apply them." E. G. White 1905, Ministry of healing p.127.
"Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well." 3 John 2
